(Column Series) CNC Ball Screws Precision Surface Grinding Machine

(Column Series) CNC Ball Screws Precision Surface Grinding Machine features superior vertical positioning control and spindle stability, primarily responsible for controlling the vertical movement of the spindle. It is particularly suitable for precision grinding applications that require precise control in the vertical direction.

To meet various grinding needs, the Ball Screw Drive (B Series) can effectively enhance transmission efficiency and address the requirements of special-shaped workpieces and applications involving shaped grinding wheels.

To better tailor the machine to meet the processing needs of our customers, Joen Lih has specifically designed multiple standard worktable sizes based on common sizes of workpieces. This allows customers to choose the most suitable grinder according to their actual processing cases.

Features

โ— Column Type: Utilizing a high-grade cast iron construction for the column, providing excellent robustness and durability. The Y-axis elevation feed within the column is driven by a servo motor, transmitted through a precision ball screw for high torque, fast speed, and precise positioning. The fine adjustment accuracy can reach 0.001mm.
โ— Drive Mechanism: The B series is driven by a ball screw, suitable for contouring processes, particularly adept at handling special-shaped workpieces and applications with shaped grinding wheels.
โ— Longitudinal Worktable: Adopting a dual V-guide design, it effectively reduces vibration and rocking, ensuring high processing precision. The sliding surface is made of low-friction, wear-resistant Turcite-B (wear-resistant material), and undergoes precise scraping treatment, enabling smooth and effortless movement of the worktable.

Customers can choose the suitable grinding machine based on the actual size of their workpieces.
โ— Intelligent Electrical Control System: Positioning control ensures that the contouring and dressing sanding process follows preset parameters. Its interface is clean and user-friendly, effectively reducing the risk of human errors. Moreover, by recording key data, the system allows for subsequent optimization of the contouring and dressing sanding process, further enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
โ— Wheel Spindle: The cartridge type spindle is supported by precision angular contact ball bearings, four at the front and two at the rear. The spindle features stable running, low temperature growth, high precision and long service life.
